1. Download the Installer Script and web bundle from "https://www.simplerisk.com/download" and combine both of them for manual installation.
2. select "America/New_York" in installation
3. default user/pass admin/admin
4. update admin detail config > User Management > View Details for User ( choose admin ) > select.
5. PHP REQUIREMENT LINK : install/index.php of Installer Script
