General: These Terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) set forth the terms and conditions that apply to your membership while apart of Syndicate Sports International Academy and all monetary transactions. By agreeing, you will be billed monthly for your selected training package or network marketing cost depending upon level for team fees until you request to cancel you membership with Syndicate Sports International Academy.
Skills Training
• Signing up with our network marketing company. which covers two 1-hour sessions/week comprised of skills and performance training. Sundays are when skills trainings are provided.

$2000/team split between the parents/players (min 8 players – max. 10 players) $200 or $250 is due at the beginning of the seasonThis includes 8 practices and 8 games (per season) All fees are due before the first game of the season

Being apart of the program has its advantages, you will get a special offer if you decide to do both.
If you plan on being around for a year or more, it would be beneficial to sign up with our network marketing company. You’ll be waived of all coaching fees for a year.
**Uniform rentals are not included with these prices Uniform fees are $50/season
• Players/Parent will be responsible for tournament fees.

Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted to Syndicate Sports International Academy staff for approval. On all uniforms refunds will not be given after a uniform has been worn in a game. (NO EXCEPTIONS) Refunds on season registration will not be given after the registration deadline has passed. Refunds on skills training will not be given once a player has started the session cycle. However, days can be made up if the Syndicate Sports International Academy coaching staff approves. (NO EXCEPTIONS) Approved refunds will only be issued by original payment type and to the person who made the original payment

Syndicate Sports International LLC respects your privacy. Therefore we will not sell or give away your personal information to third parties. Your personal information is secured via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Technology.

Fundraising Acknowledgement and Agreement:
Syndicate Sports International Academy will schedule player fundraisers to off-set cost of registration, player development, team equipment, training, tournaments, coaches, expenses and administrative cost. Team fundraisers will be a team event and EVERY player must participate.* The number of events are based on funds needed to offset the cost of fees.
All fundraiser money is due at the end of each fundraiser on scheduled due date. If player is not current on all fundraiser monies, player will be not be allowed to participate in games. If not paid within 7 days, player will be placed in an inactive status. Failure to make payment after 15 days can result in removal from team and all remaining scheduled team fundraiser fees must be paid no later than scheduled due dates for the current season.
*If parent decides not to participate in player fundraisers, the parent must agree to pay the players percentage of the goal per fundraiser to opt out.

As you are aware, there are potential dangers associated with the posting of personally identifiable information on social media sites since global access to the Internet does not allow us to control who may access such information. These dangers have always existed; however, we as Coaches do want to celebrate your child and their hard work. The law requires that we ask for your permission to use information about your child.
Pursuant to law, we will not release any personally identifiable information without prior written consent from you as parent or guardian. Personally identifiable information includes name, photo or image, social media ids, locations and times of trips.
If you, as the parent or guardian, wish to rescind this agreement, you may do so at any time in writing by sending a letter and such rescission will take effect upon receipt by Syndicate Sports International Academy Youth Outreach/Syndicate Sports International Academy Elite.

Player Code of Conduct:
The purpose of this document is to ensure that all players participating in The Syndicate Sports International Academy are made aware of, and are participants of the AAU’s “No Nonsense to Violence” involving coaches, parents and fans. Each player must sign this code of ethics. The Syndicate Sports International Academy will not tolerate hostile and disruptive behavior by coaches, parents, or fans. Failure to observe this Code of Conduct could result in your team’s forfeiture, and your continued participation in AAU/Select Basketball.
Players Pledge:
1. I hereby pledge to follow the Franchise AAU Basketball Club Code of Ethics.
2. I shall play by the rules and be a good sport.
3. I shall control my temper. I will be respectful of my coaches and will not verbally or physically abuse other players, coaches, parents, or officials. I will treat others, as I would like to be treated.
4. I will not use profanity or derogatory language.
5. I will not use drugs, alcohol, or tobacco.
6. I will work equally hard for myself and for my team.
7. I will attend and be on time for every practice and game that I can, and will notify my coach if I cannot.
8. I recognize the importance of academics, and will try my best to maintain the proper balance between athletics and academics.
9. I agree not to play on any other team outside of the Syndicate Sports International Academy organization that is in direct conflict with practices, leagues, and/or tournaments with the team I have been assigned unless approved by the Syndicate Sports International Academy club director. If I fail to abide by the given code of conduct, I understand the consequences that could include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Verbal warning by official, team coach, and/or Director of the Syndicate Sports International Academy
2. Written warning by team coach and/ or Director of the Syndicate Sports International Academy
3. Player game suspension with written documentation of incident kept on file by The Texas Basketball Club
4. Dismissal from participation as a member of The Syndicate Sports International Academy Youth Outreach

Syndicate Sports International Academy Parent/Guardian Code of Conduct:
The purpose of this document is to ensure that all parents/guardians of the players participating in The Syndicate Sports International Academy are made aware of and are participants of the Select/AAU’s ‘No Nonsense to Violence” involving parents and fans.
Each parent/guardian must sign and be aware of the parents Code of Conduct. The Syndicate Sports International Academy will not tolerate hostile and disruptive behavior by coaches, parent, or fans. Failure to observe the parent’s Code of Conduct could result in forfeiture of your child’s tournament participation as well as their teams continued participation.
- I hereby pledge to provide positive support, care, and encouragement for my child’s participation in The Syndicate Sports International Academy.
- I will encourage good sportsmanship by demonstrating positive support for all players, coaches and officials at every game, or practice. Therefore, as a parent and fan, I will not harass, abuse, disrespect, or cause a disturbance against any coaches, players, or officials.
- I will place the emotional and physical well-being of my children ahead of my personal desire to win.
- I will demand a healthy sports environment for my child that is free from drugs, tobacco, and alcohol and likewise will refrain from their use at all youth basketball events.
- I will remember that my child’s game of basketball is for youth – not adults.
- Both my child and I will treat other players, coaches, fans and officials with respect regardless of race, sex, creed, or ability.
- I will assure transportation and support the attendance & prompt arrival of my child to all practices and games. I will communicate in advance if my child is unable to attend a practice or game.
- I will guarantee payment of all fees ( coach’s training fee, gym rental fee, & tournament fees). I understand that these fees must stay current in order for player participation in practices and games.
- I will not approach my child’s coach directly before, during, or directly after a game. I will wait 24 hours before addressing any concerns. I understand that the coach will only discuss concerns involving my child and not another child on the team.
- I will not be a distraction in any form before, during, or after a game. I understand that all team members will be expected to stay focused on the game plan & must listen to the coach’s instruction before, during, and after games.
If I fail to abide by the given code of conduct, I understand the consequences that could include, but are not limited to the following:

Team Rules
Parents and Players:
- Players are expected to give 100% at all practices and games.
- Good sportsmanship and teamwork is key to success .
- Have a positive attitude even when things go bad .
- Encourage others to succeed .
- Support your teammates at all times in a positive manor .
- Good behavior not only at practice and games, but also in the classroom .
- Be careful what you say and do because eyes are watching you! Remember you are a role model.
- We play as a team, we lose as a team, we act as a team.
- Be responsible for each other .
- Parents-Punctuality is key. On time arrival and pick athlete to and from practice/games.
Practices
- Practice is MANDATORY unless you are absent due to illness, family emergency, or pre- approved by the coach. And Coach must hear from the player not the parent when possible.
- You must wear proper practice attire (practice jersey, gym shorts, socks, & basketball shoes) .
- Practice will begin at designated time on schedule. The player is to be dressed and in the gym before the scheduled practice time. Arriving late to practice will result in ADDITIONAL conditioning.
- Inappropriate use of equipment, behavior, or language will result in additional conditioning.
Games and Travel Behavior:
- Players should arrive 45 minutes to game start, unless announced otherwise .
- Playing time is earned, NOT GIVEN .
- Players should always be respectful and responsible.
Stay on the team by:
- Maintaining academic standards
- Be on time for practices and games
- Never be sent home from practice from inappropriate behavior
- Not missing practice on a regular basis
- SHOWING RESPECT TO TEAMMATES, COACHES, TEACHERS, ADMINISTRATION, PARENTS, OR ANY OTHER ADULT/PERSON YOU ENCOUNTER
Uniform:
1. The uniform is assigned to the player only; therefore, the player is the only one to wearing it and is responsible for it and its components and should only be worn to and from games. If the uniform is damaged or misplaced the player/parent will be expected to replace it.
