Here is a ball handling basketball drill you can implement in your team practices.
Here’s the Drill…
Here’s a simple ball handing drill.
First, we are going to dribble both balls together, all right? Keep it low. We are going to start with waist-high, at the same time, all right?
Controlled. we are not going for speed. We are going for control. We are not trying to get the drill over as fast as possible. We are going for controlled ball handling.
Start at the sideline and stay in control. while your teammate is going to go at the same time(At least 4 players in the drill). Keep on going to the other sideline, When you get to the end, you want to jump stop and hand it to the next person.
Work on your jump stop too. You got to make sure you jump stop and hand them both basketballs. Don’t dribble and lose hand of the basketball AND travel too.
I want you to get the jump stop, two feet, hand it to the next person. Got it? Control it, from one sideline to the other.
