Basketball Team Circuit for Youth

In this video we set up three drills that you can set up for your youth basketball team.

What Are The Three Drills?

Station 1: We have Stationary Ball handing with two balls

Station 2 : Set up in the paint and do simple defensive slides. Touch the lane. Go line to line.

Station 3: Work on foot work, stepping one foot forward then the other, the the same foot back then the other using a line on the court. Do this with speed and control
