Basketball Passing and Rebound Drills for Youth

In this video we explain a rebound drill that our youth use to help them catch and rebound the basketball. Watch the video to learn…

Rebound Drill Explain

Do NOT let the ball to hit the floor. You are going to throw the ball up for a rebound. You catch it. Then you will pass it to your teammate, then he will pass it to the other teammate. Continue to reverse it to the other side.

When the last player receives the ball, they will attack the basket it to score. On a make or miss the ball will NOT touch the ground. Pass the ball and repeat the drill.  Do not let the ball touch the floor, on the rebound especially. Grab the ball with TWO hands!

You will rotate by follow the teammate you pass the ball to. The player who scores will get at the end of the line under the basket.
